Terms and Conditions for Car Care Service in Abu Dhabi
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of car care services provided by Liberty Cra Care, located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our services.
1. Service Agreement:
- By booking our car care services, you enter into an agreement with Liberty Car Care for the provision of said services.
- All services provided are subject to availability and acceptance by Liberty Car Care.
2. Booking and Cancellation:
- Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in person.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation fees.
3. Service Pricing:
- Service prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Additional charges may apply for extra services requested by the customer.
4. Payment:
- Payment for services rendered is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods.
5. Liability:
- While we take utmost care in providing our services, we shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services.
- Customers are responsible for removing any valuables or personal items from their vehicles before service.
6. Warranty:
- We offer a limited warranty on our services. Please refer to our warranty policy for more details.
7. Customer Responsibilities:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicles and service requirements.
- Customers must ensure their vehicles are accessible for service at the agreed-upon time and location.
8. Compliance with Laws:
- Customers must ensure their vehicles comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to registration, insurance, and roadworthiness.
9. Feedback and Complaints:
- We welcome feedback and strive to address any complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
- Customers can contact us via phone, email, or in person to provide feedback or lodge complaints.
10. Termination:
- Liberty Car Care reserves the right to terminate services or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
